1. No Refunds on Payments:


Once a payment is completed, no refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit, you cannot reverse the transaction. You must use your balance for orders placed within BoostingPH.


2. Dispute or Chargeback Policy:


By completing a payment, you agree not to file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit, we reserve the right to:

  • Terminate all future orders.
  • Ban you from using our site.
  • Remove any followers or likes delivered to your or your client’s social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

3. Order Cancellation & Refund Eligibility:


If an order cannot be fulfilled due to system errors or service unavailability, a refund will be issued as credit to your BoostingPH account. If you wish to cancel an order, contact our support team immediately. If the order has already started processing, a refund may not be possible.


4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided:


Orders placed with incorrect details, such as a private account or invalid username/link, are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be granted due to customer mistakes, so ensure all order information is correct before submitting.


5. Misplaced or Private Account Orders:


Orders placed for private or incorrect accounts do not qualify for a refund. Please ensure that the account details are accurate before placing your order.


6. Fraudulent Activity:


Any fraudulent activity, including using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in the immediate termination of your account. No exceptions will be made.


7. Server Usage Policy:


Do not use multiple servers simultaneously for the same page. This can result in inaccurate follower/like counts, and we will not offer a refund for such orders.
